Challenge: To make life easier for everyone navigating their way in or out of the airport

Under the management of PT. Garuda Indonesia Tbk, Citilink provides a low-cost airline service to a variety of exciting destinations in Indonesia. With the success of getting the AOC, Citilink now has 70 domestic routes and 16 regional service. After they’ve got the acceptance of Air Operation Certificate (AOC) from the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Indonesia, Citilink wants to be more dynamic in management operation, but their existing website didn’t support that vision. The old version of Citilink’s website was confusing for travelers to get clear information they need. It wasn’t intuitive enough for users to use the features functionality.

Solution: Prioritization had to be the key in the new design

We talked with Citilink to understand the full scope of user needs. From this research, we knew that prioritization was a key in the new design. People needed to be able to find the most popular functions of citilink.co.id the moment they got to the site: flight schedule and prices, flight rules, and up-to-date promo.

We refreshed the site’s look with a more modern feel to make it visually attractive. We are also carefully structuring the whitespace properly and highlighting important elements through size and color to make it easier for users to understand the services and the features’ function.

Suitmedia putted an integrated features into the site and allowing users to instantly find flight availability equipped with important info such as flight numbers, prices, terminals, as well as each flight's estimated time of arrival or departure, and special discount. The site also provides detailed information on hotels, Citilink cars and special services that can help users plan their incredible travel. This new site has successfully presented the new brand persona of Citilink and has been very helpful to every Citilink’s customer.
