Challenge: Integrating all charity programs for continuous crowdfunding journey in one official platform

The Dompet Dhuafa Republika Foundation is an Islamic philanthropic institution dedicated to empowering people in need with a cultural approach through philanthropic activities and social & religious entrepreneurship (religious socio-technopreneurship). At this moment, Dompet Dhuafa doesn’t have their own official digital donation platform that combines all Dompet Dhuafa charity programs. The programs available are still separated in each own landing site. This is considered less efficient in the long run because Dompet Dhuafa also wants to expand to become a charity crowdsourcing platform. Dompet Dhuafa is aiming to create a Crowdsourcing online donation platform, which contains campaigns from Dompet Dhuafa and users so that it will be more effective and efficient if all of their charity programs are in one integrated platform.

Solution: Developing a centralized digital donation platform with many helpful features

Suitmedia decided to develop an official digital donation platform as a center of all the donation campaigns from Dompet Dhuafa and Mitras. This digital platform will be very helpful for donors who will make donation transactions. Through this platform, donors can pay Zakat, Waqf, Infaq, and Qurban payments in one integrated place. This platform also can help donors pay for Qurban as well as enable them to join as fundraisers. We try to accommodate different types of users' persona from creating awareness until conversion by making donations in Dompet Dhuafa. Donors can also easily view historical transactions that have been made. In addition, Dompet Dhuafa can easily increase the awareness rate and monitor the website traffic for each campaign.
