Challenge: To make huge content easy to scan

Established by Notarial Deed No.8 dated August 5th, 1996, KPEI has a major role as a Self-Regulatory Organization (SRO) and has been an important player that determines the direction of the Indonesian capital market development. KPEI has a vision to become the Clearing and Guarantee Institution that is reliable of providing the best services in Indonesia capital market.

To achieve that vision, KPEI needs to implement various improvements related to the enhancement of services and products which emphasized on safety and efficiency. Infrastructure upgrading, product innovation and service features were all customized to meet best practice of international standards, includes providing a website that support business process of KPEI and their Clearing Members, without abandoning OJK’s standards. The existing website was full of information that is cluttered and hard to read by users.

Solution: Giving order to chaos

In an effort to provide a quality experience for KPEI website’s users who need a lot of useful information, it’s essential to provide content that is informative, clear and easy-to-read. To give a convenient flow in our user experience, at first, Suitmedia tried to organize the existing contents of the old website and sorted it into categories.

The categories also help users to get the information they needed most, such as KPEI services, regulations, statistic, and membership information. We were also designed the website with clutter-free, clean, and modern look. Besides, we built a new design for Clearing Members website that have the same look with corporate website. In that website, clearing members can organize their group, company, partner and access to particular applications. Yes, we have given a touch of order to the new site to create an easy and effortless journey while users the web and its functions. This website is also allowing people to share the info about the event to their social media with ease, it has been increasing the awareness of KPEI’s services to public.
