Challenge: How to make an easier process for tracking, monitoring, and managing 

As Indonesia’s leading hydrocarbon producers, as well as a major supplier of natural gas to Indonesia’s domestic market, PHE has an enormous scope of work to be well-controlled. Progressive management thinkers in PHE need some platforms to make their management process become more efficient. Thus, PHE asked Suitmedia to help them transform their approach in tracking, monitoring, and administering Fabrication Maintenance (TFM) activities with a little help from digital technology.

This is how we do it

PHE-TFM Portal

We designed an intranet portal with simple and clear steps as users learn more about TFM activities in PHE. The design is so responsive to make it easier for employees and officers to find news and information they need anywhere at any time. Users can easily explore and narrow the content categories. Not to mention the strategy we made for the intranet security has been making this portal and its database protected from every external or internal threat. 

PHE TFM Site

To build a strong brand image of TFM division, we helped Pertamina to build PHE TFM site. The look and feel of this site were carefully thought to make it aligned with Pertamina Hulu Energi corporate identity. The architecture of the site is so efficient too, hence the site has fast response and user-friendly page navigation. With a streamlined, innovative design and important features, such as performance dashboard, TFM updated news and portfolios, and TFM team profiles, Pertamina Hulu Energi has improved company’s integrity by showing TFM activities and progress to public.

BPS IPMS (budget monitoring application)

Finance monitoring was a big challenge for every big company, Pertamina Hulu Energi is no exception. The huge amount of finance report, invoice, and administrative operation weren’t well-managed. Suitmedia gave additional solution to PHE by building BPS IPMS, a secure and user-friendly mobile app, to provide an easier journey for their finance staff to store and the manage company’s budgeting and financial monitoring. By using this mobile app, they can automatically create reports from the financial data within the database. This mobile application has succeeded to make their business process to be much more simple and accessible anywhere, anytime.
